Mama Biashara works with the poorest and most marginalised people in Kenya. They give grants to set up small, sustainable businesses that bring financial independence and security. We offer training and employment in everything from phone repairs to manicures. We have built a children’s home, which we still support. We’ve created water-harvesting solutions for drought-devastated areas. They are starting to use the Mama B method to help those fleeing FGM, forced marriage, sex slavery and child rape.

Through our grants the Brothers Trust have helped rescue hundreds of women and children from a life of violence (tribal/domestic/sexual and/or extreme physical) and fear.
