GREG COOK
Greg has had a 34 year career in Technology, in Financial Institutions. As a programme manager he has led large transformation & change projects. Greg brings to Brother’s Trust a wealth of experience with regards planning, organisational structures, risk management, stakeholder management and team building skills.
JANINE COOK
Janine served as a VP and board member of IBM for over 35 years, with extensive experience in managing innovation, change, transformation, and reorganization in multiple sectors. Now retired, she is eager to share her skills and experience with The Brothers Trust.
ANDREA COATES
After a successful 30 year career as a global lawyer with American Express, Andrea joined BT in 2022. She brings a wealth of management and international legal expertise and is delighted to be working with us to support BT and our charities.
LENA KOAY VAUHKONEN
Growing up in Penang, Lena left for Dublin to pursue her education. Qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, she gained extensive working experience as Auditor, Management and Financial Accountant in Audit Practice, Insurance Underwriter and Investment Bank, followed by Executive Board as Finance Director of an international Book and Magazine Publisher. Lena remains a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Alex Mans is the founder and CEO of FLYR. FLYR helps airline and hospitality businesses such as Virgin Atlantic, Best Western, JetBlue, and Ennismore improve revenue, reduce costs, and modernize their customer experience. FLYR is backed by investors such as BlackRock, WestCap, and others.
RICHARD FUCHS
Richard Fuchs retired as a partner with PwC in 2016 after a 37 year career providing transaction and accounting advice. Rich worked for PwC in Pittsburgh, New York, London, Hong Kong and Germany. He is a licensed CPA in New York
He currently serves as a Chairman of the Catholic Charities of Dallas, Texas endowment fund and as a member of the audit committee for the Diocese of Dallas, Texas.
JEAN FUCHS
Jean is currently with the US telecommunication company AT&T overseeing Financial Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management. She spent 20 years abroad in London, Germany, and Hong Kong in finance leadership roles.
Jean sits on various US-based charitable boards where she brings non-profit best practices, financial background, and a passion for helping others. She’s excited to bring this experience to the Brothers Trust.
