The Brothers Trust foundation not only is incredible for the charities they support but for the opportunities they give. I will never forget about the best birthday present I have and will ever receive. I remember like it was yesterday to get the email saying I had won the sweepstakes and was announced on the Instagram live. As I began reading it, I began to shake because I could not believe what I was reading. I found this out 1 week from my birthday which made it all the better. I have always loved spiderman for as long as I can remember, and Tom Holland was my favorite actor/celebrity for such a long time. Every one of my friends knows how much it would mean to me to get to meet Tom so when they found out I did they could not believe it and were so excited for me.

Now fast-forward a few weeks to the actual time of the premiere. I chose my mom to go with me because I wanted to experience this all with her. My mom and I decided to get spiderman masks as we felt it was necessary due to having to wear a mask at the actual premiere. This was my first time in LA which made it even cooler that I was there for the premiere of my favorite movie series. My mom and I got to do two studio tours while we were there which was very cool seeing where some of my favorite shows and movies were filmed. I will never forget the day of the actual premiere. We spent the day touring Sony studios in the morning and then got in-an-out burger for dinner before getting ready for the premiere. Tom Hollands’s brother Sam and a family friend Jenny picked us up at the hotel and took us to the premiere. It was insane being on the red-carpet side surrounded by screaming fans and celebrities. It was so amazing to see so many people I have watched in a movie or tv show standing five feet from me. Sam was so nice to introduce us to many actors in the movie prior to the arrival of his brother Tom. When Tom arrived, I could not believe I was going to meet my favorite person. I was so nervous, but it went away fast when Tom shook my hand and introduced himself to me and thanked me for being there. He was the nicest person to meet. It was also amazing meeting Zendaya as I have also been a fan of hers for a long time. Walking into the theater was incredible due to how big it was. The movie itself was also amazing and being surrounded by all the people that helped put it together was very cool.

The whole experience was one I will never be able to forget, and I am forever grateful to The Brothers Trust Foundation for letting me live my dream. I want to thank Tom Holland and his family for being amazing and to Jenny from The Brothers Trust for helping put together this amazing trip. I am also thankful to have met Mary and experience it all with her. I cannot wait to see all the amazing things The Brothers Trust Foundation does in the future.
